Web Accessibility
Welcome to the Accessibility Section of the Carimali Website
At Carimali, inclusion is a core value. We are firmly committed to ensuring that our online services are accessible to everyone, regardless of individual abilities.
This accessibility statement outlines the measures we have taken to make our website compliant with the new accessibility standards required by the legislation in force as of June 28, 2025, and reflects our commitment to continuously improving the experience for all users.
Accessibility Statement
Drafted pursuant to Legislative Decree of May 27, 2022, No. 82 – based on Decision (EU) 2018/1523
Carimali (VEA Group SpA) is committed to making its website accessible, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 82 of May 27, 2022, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882.
This accessibility statement applies to the website: https://carimali.com/
COMPLIANCE STATUS
Partially compliant
Despite our ongoing efforts to make the website fully accessible, we declare partial compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 due to a disproportionate burden in terms of economic and organizational resources required to resolve certain issues entirely.
Specifically, the full implementation of all WCAG 2.2 success criteria would require financial and human resources that are not currently available or sustainable, or structural interventions that could compromise the operational continuity or existing technological stability.
At present, this prevents us from removing all identified accessibility barriers.
This website is therefore partially compliant with WCAG 2.2 level A accessibility standards, due to the non-compliance issues listed below.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The following content is not accessible for the reasons indicated:
- The contrast of some grey text does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
- The contrast of some cyan text does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
- The contrast of some cyan icons does not meet the minimum 4.5:1 contrast ratio;
- Presence of text images with alternative descriptions that are not sufficiently descriptive;
- Partially valid HTML code;
- Some images may lack textual alternatives;
- Some elements may not properly communicate their function;
- The cookie modal may not be fully accessible;
- PDF files may not be accessible.
COMMITMENT TO CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuing our efforts to improve the accessibility of our website. To this end, we will take the following actions:
- Ongoing monitoring: We will periodically assess the site’s accessibility status, considering technological and regulatory developments.
- Progressive improvements: We will implement gradual enhancements, prioritizing areas that present the greatest criticality or are most used by users.
- Welcoming feedback: User feedback and reports on specific difficulties encountered will be carefully analyzed and used as a basis for planning future accessibility interventions.
We therefore invite users to contact us using the designated feedback mechanism to report any accessibility issues.
Our goal is to ensure an inclusive browsing experience for all users, and we are determined to gradually reduce barriers, in line with available resources and the organization’s strategic priorities.
